Villa Carlos Paz – San Juan
Longest special stage of this Dakar: 580 km + transports, in total 625 km.
* WP 10 (at 360 of 510 km): Annie car 394 pos 113
(team partner car 424 right behind, car 411 pos 95).

Today’s word is “steady”.
Race orders from team boss today, again: stay behind.

Today the trucks again went on a bit different route, so I had to stay behind our two other team cars, which means no race-pace for me. Instead I continue learning the car, handling the weif´ght of it while brqking, cornering, jumping etc. It takes a lot of focus, also watching out for obstacles that appear in the dust. Don’t want to make any kind of mistake.

The rally competitor inside me is quite frustrated beeing forced to slow down. But I’m here to help the team, and as a bonus I can learn how to race on 4 wheels.
